Andy Miller began exploring yoga thirty years ago.  His approach
incorporates knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and a variety of yoga
styles.  In the last 12 years his focus has been on Ashtanga Yoga.  Andy
holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Education from the University of
North Carolina, where he spent three years teaching a variety of exercise
classes.  He adds a unique perspective and foundation to his approach
through his study of exercise, marital arts, and as a certified Massage
Therapist.  He holds a teaching certificate in Sadhana Yoga Flow from
internationally known yoga teacher Doug Swenson—author of Mastering
the Secrets of Yoga Flow.  He brings a creative approach and playful
attitude to his teaching with classes that focus on breath work, alignment,
strengthening and opening, to provide a gentle, nurturing yet empowering
experience for all.

Her classes emphasize trusting and honoring the deepest within us, as we
aspire to be the best that we can be.
My name is Travis Burns.  I was born in 1987 and have been practicing
yoga since I was 18.  It has been my good fortune to have received very
good instruction and training, both formal and informal, from vey qualified
and competent yogis and yoginis.  I have completed a 200-hour Hatha Yoga
teacher training with Yoga-Yoga, a Yoga Alliance certified School out of
Austin, and will continue to train, working toward a 500-hour certification
with Yoga Alliance.  First and foremost I am a yoga student and
practitioner.  It is my intention to maintain a consistent, sincere and
spontaneous practice of yoga in my life, letting the practice guides me to a
personal yoga experience.  This is the place where I strive to teach from,
fostering awareness and experience so that the individual may have her or
his own yoga experience.  I am committed to promoting a safe environment
where students of all levels can practice in a way that fosters personal
experience and growth. I am excited to share what I have learned both
from my teachers and my own practice.  In all my classes I always strive
to provide the student the means to take the practice as far as she or he
may want to go, while always maintaining as safe space for relaxation and
restoration.  Hope to see you on your mat!
