Andy Miller began exploring yoga over twenty-five years ago.  His
approach incorporates knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and a variety of
yoga styles.  In the last 7 years his focus has been on Ashtanga Yoga.
Andy holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Education from the University of
North Carolina, where he spent three years teaching a variety of exercise
classes.  He adds a unique perspective and foundation to his approach
through his study of exercise, marital arts, and as a certified Massage
Therapist.  He holds a teaching certificate in Sadhana Yoga Flow from
internationally known yoga teacher Doug Swenson—author of Power Yoga
for Dummies, and Mastering the Secrets of Yoga Flow.  He brings a
creative approach and playful attitude to his teaching with classes that
focus on breath work, alignment, strengthening and opening, to provide a
gentle, nurturing yet empowering experience for all.
Alma Miller is a certified instructor of Power Yoga by Power Yoga
