Here are a few tips to ensure a pleasant and rewarding experience:

  • Recognize and accept your own limitations. Always be kind to yourself.  
  • Keep all expectations and judgment outside the door and hopefully outside your life.   
    Approaching your yoga practice with expectations may result in frustration and
    injury.  Relax and have fun!
  • Make sure you tell the instructor about any ongoing injuries, pregnancy, or medical
    conditions.  
  • We recommend no heavy meals 3-4 hrs prior and 30 minutes after a class
  • Please enter/leave quietly at all times respecting your own and other students'
    experiences and mindfulness.
  • Wear comfortable, fitted, stretchy clothing and NO SHOES in the studio please.
  • Silence all cell phones
  • Please come early.  No late entries after 10 minutes
  • All beginning students who are new to yoga should start with Basics classes or in
    Power Yoga I.
  • All students must sign in before each class
