Here are a few tips to ensure a pleasant and rewarding experience:
- Recognize and accept your own limitations. Always be kind to yourself.
- Keep all expectations and judgment outside the door and hopefully outside your life.
Approaching your yoga practice with expectations may result in frustration and
injury. Relax and have fun!
- Make sure you tell the instructor about any ongoing injuries, pregnancy, or medical
conditions.
- We recommend no heavy meals 3-4 hrs prior and 30 minutes after a class
- Please enter/leave quietly at all times respecting your own and other students'
experiences and mindfulness.
- Wear comfortable, fitted, stretchy clothing and NO SHOES in the studio please.
- Silence all cell phones
- Please come early. No late entries after 10 minutes
- All beginning students who are new to yoga should start with Basics classes or in
Power Yoga I.
- All students must sign in before each class
