Gentle Yoga:  
This class will guide you through a gentle, supported practice that will improve your flexibility,
balance, breathing, strength, and your overall sense of well-being.

Power Yoga I:
This is a well-balanced class for the continuing yoga student who is familiar with basic poses
(asanas) and alignment and is ready for a little more than a beginning class.

Power Yoga II:  
Power yoga at its best.  This class is created to enliven your body, cleanse your mind, and ignite
your spirit.  Let the breath move you.
 

Kids Yoga and Teens Yoga.  Our Motto: Yoga = body, mind, spirit and fun!!! *:  
A fun and creative approach to teach Yoga to kids and teens to promote strength, flexibility,
coordination, and body awareness, and to improve concentration and focus.  Our yoga classes will
teach students how yoga can be used to draw strength and confidence from within--promoting
confidence and self-esteem.     
Cost: 60 - 75 minute session $10.00  

The Art of Yoga*:
 
Go beyond a guided class and get a deeper insight on specific postures.  These workshops are
designed to build a strong foundation and understanding of yoga practice.  Enhance your yoga
practice with attention to alignment, modifications for your particular needs and questions.  Each
workshop will emphasize a series of related asanas, a particular body area, or yoga philosophy.  
These workshops will provide you with hands on, personal attention, and guidance to support and
inspire you to move into a more advanced practice.  Pre-registration needed.

Kundalini:
A dynamic form of yoga that awakens awareness.  It uses sets of yogic postures and movements
(asana) with a meditative focus, along with breath work (pranayama), and chanting (mantra).  In
addition to strengthening the health and well-being of the physical body, it is very useful for
emotional balance, mental clarity, stress relief, and personal transformation.  TBA.
Cost: $10.00 per session


Private Classes*:
Individual classes designed specifically to meet your needs and goals.  This is a one on one class. If
you have injuries, in a private setting receive special attention and, allow us to create hands-on
guidance tailored to your individual needs.  Private classes are recommended if you are new to
yoga and not ready for a public guided class; or if you have health challenges, or would like to
deepen your home practice.  
 
Cost: 90 minutes session $45.00  Invite your spouse, or a friend to join you in a semi-private class for
just $5.00 extra per session.
